Welcome! We’re living in a time of change and uncertainty, which is forcing many of us to confront the loss of old worlds and step into our creative power to build new ones. In times like these, I believe writing plays a critical role, serving as a tool that facilitates individual and collective healing and also powers the creation of new opportunities and alternative futures.
Having taught writing workshops for over 15 years, I have seen how community writing groups can empower and heal people and inspire new ways of thinking and being in the world. Following the loss of several close family members as a young adult, I was introduced to writing practices that supercharged my own healing journey, and I now aim to spread awareness of the power of these tools in this time of collective change.
